I’ve finally broken down and read all the way through Fruits Basket 11. I can’t believe I like it. I actually find Tohru’s obliviousness ENDEARING. I’m not quite sure how this happened. I’m completely convinced by the characters, and find myself hating Akito as much as Kyo and Yuki do.
I do have one question, though. Why is it that Momiji’s name is spelled two different ways? Momiji and Momitchi? Is one a nickname or something?
